Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of CreatorsHub and the services included in our plans. By purchasing a plan or using your account, you agree to them.
1 No refunds
All plan purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a plan has been activated on your account.
If a service in your plan stops working, contact support before requesting anything else - in most cases we can restore access or offer a replacement service.
2 What your plan includes
A plan gives you access to the services listed on its pricing card for the duration you paid for, along with any benefits described there.
Access begins when the plan is activated on your account and ends on the expiry date shown in My Plans.
3 How you may use the services
Access is granted to you personally. In particular:
- The services are for your own personal use only.
- You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute access, credentials or downloaded assets.
- You may not use automated tools to exceed the download limits stated on your plan.
Breaking these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without a refund.
4 Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password, API key and one-time codes confidential.
You accept responsibility for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
5 Changes to the services
The third-party services we bundle can change their own terms, pricing or availability at any time, and occasionally without notice to us.
We may therefore add, modify, suspend or remove any individual service from a plan. Where a service becomes unavailable we will say so on the service card and, where we can, provide an equivalent.
6 Payments
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include any discount applied by a valid coupon at the time of purchase.
A plan is activated once payment is confirmed. For manual payment methods this can take a short time while we verify the transaction.
7 Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services - including loss of data, revenue or work product.
8 Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
9 Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and changes take effect when posted.
The "last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
